Interim Legal is solely owned by me, Heidi Sperling, and it will always be me assisting your business.

With more than 10 years of experience from the law industry (mainly the law firms Accura and Bruun & Hjejle) I have a lot of experience within many areas of law, including Private Equity, Contract Law, Banking & Financing, Corporate & Commercial, M&A, Capital Markets and Project Management.

​

I am positive with a “can do” attitude, and I have built up a broad and solid foundation for many areas of law.

​

In addition to my years in the law industry, I worked 7 years with Nrep / Urban Partners, first as an “one woman” legal department creating tools and templates and providing general legal advice to the organization. Later I became Group General Counsel and head of the legal team.

I thrive with working for results and to make things happen.

 

As a person I have high integrity, and I am positive and fun.

It might not sound cool, but I love the world of law – especially when it is combined with the real world.
